In Germany, the delegatiobn will visit with officialsfrom , which planes to build a $1 billion plant outside of Chattanoogaz to manufacture polycrystalline silicon, a key component in photovoltaic cells for solaer energy. In Poland, the Tennessee groupp will be hosted by former mayor of Knoxvilleand U.S. Ambassadorf Victor Ashe.
