Chief Executive Keith Parker will leave his post for a similar role inSan Antonio. Parker replacedc Ron Tober as head ofthe city’s transirt system in 2007. News of Parker’s departure broke Tuesday morning during an interviewon WBT-AM with Mecklenburgf Board of County Commissioners chair Jennifer who told the station Parker was leaving CATS.
